What is ADAPT DOJO?
A DOJO is a creative challenge run on ADAPT: participants answer a brief with their own work, a jury reviews the entries in live sessions and the results are published at the end.
How does DOJO support recruitment?
You set the brief around the skills you need, see every entry, score them with your jury and shortlist the people whose work fits. It adds a channel to your recruitment; it does not run it for you.
Does purchasing one DOJO include Job Board access?
Yes. Every DOJO purchase gives your business unlimited access to the ADAPT Job Board. Posting allowances, if any, are listed with each package.
Is DOJO a replacement for traditional recruitment?
No. DOJO sits in front of your existing process: interviews, references and your own assessments stay where they are.
Can we review participant submissions?
Yes. Your team sees every entry of your private DOJO, scores them with your jury against the criteria you set, and can keep a shortlist.
How do we contact potential candidates?
Through ADAPT: each participant has a profile, and you can message them directly from the platform.
What is included in each package?
Each DOJO runs for up to 8 weeks with up to 150 participants, your brief, a jury of 3 and 8 live reviews. Bundles give you several DOJOs at a lower price per DOJO.
Are there any limits or expiration dates on Job Board access?
Access to the board itself is unlimited. Any posting allowance or duration that applies to your package is set out in your quote; ask our team if you need it confirmed first.
How do we purchase a DOJO for our business?
Choose a package and pay online. Your Dojo credits are ready as soon as the payment goes through: create your DOJO (brief, dates, who may enter) and use a credit to launch it. Credits run private DOJOs of a business you run on ADAPT; if your business has no ADAPT account yet, you can request one. For anything custom, talk to our team.
