We aim to level the playing field for all our freelancers, ensuring equal opportunities and rewards.

Members of ADAPT.one can invite people from their network to join the platform as both freelancers and clients. By doing so, they can earn a commission on everything generated by their invitees, providing an additional income stream and fostering a collaborative community. Our members become our best recruiting and sales team!

1. Join by Invitation: Get invited by an existing member who trusts you. The invitation link allows you to create your account.
2. Build Your Profile: After joining, set up a profile that stands out to clients. The more attractive and detailed your profile, the better.
3. Get Promoted: Once your profile is live, ADAPT ONE promotes you through its platform and media partners reaching potentially thousands of clients every month.
4. Trust-Based Ranking: Your ranking depends on trust. Your network’s score affects your own ranking, so carefully consider who you invite.
5. Clients Start Recruiting: Recruitment begins later this year. Clients pay upfront, and funds are only released when the project is completed and approved. Payments can be staggered over a period of time for larger projects.
6. Project Scoring: Both clients and freelancers are scored after a project, considering factors like punctuality, delivery, communication, and clarity of requirements.
7. Minimum Hourly Wage: ADAPT ONE ensures fair competition based on skill and expertise, not geography. There is a minimum wage of $50 USD per hour for all freelancers.
8. Earn Commissions: Get up to 5% commission for a period of 365 days on any business generated by those you invite, whether freelancers or clients.
9. Community Funding: At least 1% of all platform revenue is reinvested into the community, supporting projects in film, animation, video games, or tech. The community will decide which projects get funded, and we’ll help you pitch and fund yours.
10. Platform Fees: A 15% fee applies to the first $1,000 between a freelancer and a new client, dropping to 10% thereafter. Clients pay an additional 5%, covering operational costs, credit card fees, insurance, and legalities. Additional commissions may apply towards your host (the member who invited you) and the member who referred a client.
11. Platform Integrity: Clients and freelancers who connect outside the platform for business after being introduced through ADAPT ONE risk being banned for life. Exceptions exist if they have proof they have already worked together prior to meeting on the platform. We invest heavily in creating opportunities for members, and such actions go against the spirit of our community.
12. Future Expansion: In 2025, ADAPT ONE will introduce advanced team tools to create 'production pods' for larger projects, promoting mentorship and collaboration opportunities across skill levels.

13. Our position on AI: We prioritize the privacy and creative rights of our members. Adapt.one does not sell or provide access to members' images for AI scraping purposes. To safeguard our members' work, we actively use technologies designed to limit access by AI bots and protect the integrity of our platform’s content.
