The Grid is a free, online community where instructors and seasoned professionals connect, contribute, and guide the next generation of talent — building trust through real interaction.
As part of //adapt ONE, the Grid allows anyone to share work, receive feedback, and access mentorship.
For instructors and ADAPT Academy members: full access is free.
For schools or organizations promoting programs outside the platform: participation is available for a small monthly fee.

The //ACADEMY
This Spring, ADAPT ONE will launch its innovative Learning Management System (LMS), giving instructors the flexibility to build their own courses in three formats:
- Pre-recorded masterclasses
(Suggested $20 – $100) - Mentored, cohort-based workshops (4–12 weeks)
(Suggested $400 – $1,200) - Mentored, cohort-based semester-long classes (4–6 months)
